Job Summary

Lead end-to-end engineering for water supply systems, including water treatment plants, transmission and distribution pipelines, elevated service reservoirs, and pumping systems. Conduct hydraulic analysis and modeling, review Detailed Project Reports and engineering designs for accuracy, constructability, and compliance, and ensure adherence to CPHEEO guidelines and other standards. Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and support design reviews and construction-stage technical oversight for project delivery.

•Lead and support design of Water Treatment Plants, transmission and distribution pipelines, Elevated Service Reservoirs, and pumping systems.
•Perform and review hydraulic analysis and modeling for water supply networks and related infrastructure.
•Review Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and detailed engineering designs for technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance.
•Ensure designs comply with CPHEEO guidelines and other relevant national and international standards.
•Provide technical inputs during design reviews, value engineering, coordination meetings, and support construction-stage engineering and inspections as required.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related discipline.
•10+ years of experience designing and supervising water supply systems and Water Treatment Plants.
•Proven experience in planning, design review, and execution support for water transmission and distribution networks.
•Experience or exposure to SCADA systems for water supply monitoring, control, or integration (preferred).
•Strong ability to review engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.
