Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive test solution/coverage development and optimization to meet NPI business milestones for cost and quality.
  • •Develop ATE test patterns and test flows/methods, including debug, testing, and characterization.
  • •Engage pre-silicon with design to scope, plan, and validate the test solution/methodology.
  • •Execute characterization and analysis to debug new silicon designs and process technologies.
  • •Optimize test coverage and flows to improve quality, yield, cost, and test time; influence technical decisions and mentor junior engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 157,500 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient understanding of DFT (Design-For-Test) architecture for SOC (System-On-Chip) products.
  • •Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience using industry-standard ATE test platforms, plus data analysis.
  • •Knowledge of power and performance characterization on ATE.
  • •ATE test handling/execution and development experience; Advantest V93K preferred and Advantest SMT8 a plus.
  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
