Job Summary

Coordinate and organize activities to maintain Halliburton equipment across a geographical area, ensuring reliable service delivery. Key Responsibilities

•Organize and coordinate activities for maintaining Halliburton equipment across a multi-state area or country under broad direction.
•Coordinate and implement best practices/actions to enhance performance of a Sub-PSL or group of Sub-PSLs in line with the PSL strategy and business plan.
•Prioritize operations technology efforts by developing, prioritizing, and justifying projects, processes, and initiatives supporting service delivery and equipment reliability.
•Set tactical direction for policy/procedures, workforce staffing, and budgeting; develop and manage department budgets.
•Conduct aspects of performance management, assist with interviewing/hiring/assignment, mentor for career and skills development, arrange training, and lead PSL projects/initiatives while applying project management techniques and promoting quality directives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Directional Driller with strong knowledge of Logging While Drilling (LWD) and directional drilling equipment.
•Experience leading efforts to prioritize operations technology, and develop/prioritize/justify projects and initiatives that support service delivery and equipment reliability.
•Ability to determine tactical direction for policy/procedures, workforce staffing, and budgeting, including developing and managing department budgets.
•Personnel management experience, including involvement in performance appraisal/counseling, and supporting interviewing, hiring, and assignment of new personnel plus mentoring and training.
•Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Geological discipline (or equivalent experience/combination) and advanced computer skills including standard office platforms and SAP functions (preferred).
