Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve infrastructure architecture to support multi-region deployments, resilience, scalability, and operational simplicity.
  • •Extend monitoring and observability across services and make operational data easy to access, understand, and act on.
  • •Build tooling for safe deployments, fast rollbacks, and reduced operational toil using software methodologies.
  • •Scope, lead, and deliver platform initiatives autonomously and drive cross-team projects with clear outcomes.
  • •Raise the bar through documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building, operating, and troubleshooting production-grade systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and scalability.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based tools in a platform or operational context (e.g., automation, observability, developer experience, incident response).
  • •Strong programming/automation skills in Python, Go, or Bash, using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to build repeatable, low-risk systems.
  • •Experience with AWS services such as EKS, RDS, S3, and CloudFront (or equivalent platforms on GCP/Azure).
  • •Comfort working close to the system with Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs).
