Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of hands-on electrical work, preferably in aerospace or safety-critical environments.
  • •Experience assembling and wiring HiL test benches, racks, or complex test setups.
  • •Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pin-outs, and harness drawings.
  • •Familiarity with aerospace/industrial standards (e.g., ECSS, MIL-STD, IPC) and practical cable/harness fabrication (crimping, soldering, heat-shrinking, connectors).
