  • •Conceptualize and direct end-to-end design experiences, including qualitative studies and campaigns/collateral.

  • •Create and evolve design systems/Figma libraries to ensure a consistent digital experience and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of product design experience, including 2–3 years on retention-based projects for mobile, web, or other digital platforms.
  • •Proven ability to simplify complex offerings (e.g., audience personalization, user retention/growth, onboarding) into intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences that drive retention and conversion.
  • •Expertise in scalable UI interaction patterns, adaptive experiences, personalized journeys, and comprehensive design systems for large-scale platforms.
  • •Experience designing across multiple platforms and contexts, including user-facing and internal tools.
  • •Strong design thinking and agile project methodology skills, plus proficiency in low-to-high-fidelity prototyping techniques.
