Job Summary

Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned workforce/HR accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with SOPs. Manage monthly payroll processing and invoicing with the account administration team, oversee contract profitability and costing, and draft/review client contracts and addendums. Build and maintain client relationships, meet regularly, coordinate day-to-day account operations, and support HR services including recruitment, visa processing, onboarding/offboarding, and ad hoc HR requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the day-to-day point of contact for delivery of HR services to assigned key accounts, ensuring service standards and SOP compliance.
•Manage the Account Administration team to ensure accurate, on-time monthly payroll processing and invoicing.
•Own contract profitability and costing activities, identifying impacts and implementing actions to achieve optimal profitability.
•Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, annexures, and addendums under the supervision of the Account Manager.
•Develop and maintain client relationships, meet regularly to understand staffing needs, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate account operations including SOPs, SWIs, and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•2 years of HR outsourcing experience in a customer-facing role.
•Excellent communication skills; written and verbal proficiency in English.
•Strong MS Office skills.
•Experience with issuing quotations, tracking purchase orders, payroll, and invoicing.
•Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle, and/or Salesforce is an advantage.
