Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze complex cross-functional supply chain data to develop and optimize supply plans.
  • •Identify supply, capacity, inventory, supplier, and logistics risks and constraints and proactively mitigate them.
  • •Build what-if scenarios and translate analytical insights into actionable business decisions.
  • •Develop and evaluate supply plans considering demand, capacity, material availability, lead times, inventory, and service-level requirements.
  • •Collaborate with global, multicultural teams across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and regional organizations to drive alignment and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of relevant experience in supply planning or end-to-end supply chain.
  • •Experience with demand, supply, inventory, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics processes.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data, identify constraints, evaluate trade-offs, and make recommendations.
  • •Ability to develop supply plans covering demand, capacity, material availability, lead times, inventory, and service-level requirements.
  • •Experience using data/analytics to monitor supply-chain KPIs such as service levels, inventory, inventory turns, OTIF, and plan adherence.
