Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee the Stewarding team, ensuring seamless kitchen and related operations.
  • •Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for team members.
  • •Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards in line with local health regulations.
  • •Maintain records of cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
  • •Train and onboard new stewards on safety protocols, equipment handling, and sanitation practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in stewarding or related roles in a luxury hotel is preferred.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
  • •Strong organisational and supervisory skills to lead and inspire the team in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Mandatory computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Knowledge of Oasys and Adaco systems is advantageous.
