•Identify, recruit, onboard, and scale strategic healthcare partners across North America to generate pipeline and revenue.
•Drive partner enablement so partners can effectively position, sell, and implement InterSystems healthcare solutions.
•Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by managing pipeline creation, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
•Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including regular pipeline and deal reviews with partners.
•Collaborate with direct sales and sales engineering teams to win deals, accelerate sales cycles, and ensure joint customer success.

•Strong deal qualification, negotiation, and closing skills.
•Demonstrated ability to influence VP- and C-level stakeholders and strong communication/presentation/commercial storytelling skills.
