Key Responsibilities

  • •Successfully complete a 5–7 week training program.
  • •Follow required and recommended safety procedures while driving and while delivering feed and loading/unloading.
  • •Comply with DOT rules and all rules set forth by the receiving agent.
  • •Report all accidents promptly through proper authorities.
  • •Perform physical and equipment duties including trailer hookup/backing and operating a manual transmission tractor.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully complete the required CDL training program.
  • •Current Class A CDL or permit (CDL training program for drivers with a permit or license with less than 1 year of commercial driving experience).
  • •Must be at least 21 years old and have an acceptable driving record.
  • •Ability to obtain a DOT medical card upon hire.
  • •Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays) and lift 50 pounds.
