Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
  • •Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, including product recovery, restock/destock, and visual changes aligned to directives.
  • •Plan visual floor changes using payroll management and reporting tools, adjusting based on business performance data (e.g., expenses, sell-thru).
  • •Represent the business in meetings and partner with General/Store Manager to manage budget, reporting, and quarterly business review planning.
  • •Lead and coach the Visual team, oversee delivery of sales floor KPIs while maintaining operational efficiency and company visual expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
