A People Operations Specialist will manage HR and recruiting operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee support. You’ll handle end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, manage documentation and HR policies, and coordinate onboarding to create a compliant, people-first work environment across a primarily Lisbon-based, remote-capable setup.
