Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of logistics department strategy and operational goals aligned to business objectives.
  • •Manage relationships with EU, North American, and in-country service providers (3PLs, carriers, freight providers), including QBRs/KPIs, onboarding, and RFQ oversight.
  • •Represent logistics as a primary SME to internal partners on sensitive shipments, special projects, and strategic integrations.
  • •Own end-to-end pre-order management and supervise daily global 3PL fulfillment to ensure SLA adherence.
  • •Serve as logistics trade compliance SME for customs and VAT/EORI/ART23 adherence, while supporting inventory reconciliations and vendor invoice audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • •Experience in E-commerce 3PL-based fulfillment and logistics.
  • •5+ years of experience in global shipping including trade compliance.
  • •3+ years managing 3PL and small parcel vendor relationships in Asia.
  • •3+ years in consumer electronics (or similar regulated industries), with working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP or NetSuite).
