Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the school’s leadership and culture model across all campuses.
  • •Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success measures for leadership and culture initiatives.
  • •Monitor progress with principals and campus culture teams, including regular implementation reviews and actionable feedback.
  • •Coach campus administrators and culture teams on embedding leadership development, student ownership, goal setting, and collaborative practices into daily operations.
  • •Analyze engagement, attendance, and retention data and recommend targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Valid Texas teaching or administrator certification preferred.
  • •Experience working with school leadership teams, instructional coaching, or campus administration.
  • •Experience facilitating professional development and leading collaborative teams.
  • •Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
