Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform flow & thermal analysis to support thermal performance prediction for electrical product designs.
  • •Develop and validate analysis models and digital prototypes to mimic product physics and predict key CTQs.
  • •Ensure Analysis First deployment on low/medium-complex electrical components/assemblies and communicate technical/schedule risks.
  • •Coordinate simulation requests with SMEs to manage workload and deliver quality results within timelines.
  • •Contribute to broader initiatives, learn DFSS fundamentals, pursue continuous improvement, and create valuable IP.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Applied Mechanics from a reputed institute.
  • •0-1 years of experience (or less than 2 years).
  • •Strong background in heat transfer and fluid mechanics with CFD analysis fundamentals.
  • •Expertise in CFD and simulation tool(s) to develop and validate analysis models.
  • •Ability to proactively validate analytical predictions with physical testing to mature DP capabilities.
