Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as liaison between the AECOM design team, contractor, and owner for construction contract management.
  • •Ensure timely submission of contractor submittals and provide technical and contractual input/review for active projects.
  • •Review and manage RFIs, change order proposals, pay requisitions, schedules, and related correspondence.
  • •Lead negotiation of change orders and manage correspondence to identify and resolve issues involving disputed work, delays, and additional/supplemental or non-conforming work.
  • •Ensure safety monitoring activities are completed per the project scope and assist resident engineers/inspection staff in resolving field technical problems.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field plus 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Construction management experience on water and/or wastewater capital improvement projects with at least 8 years of overall experience.
  • •OSHA-10 Hour Safety Certification.
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s MVR review.
