Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product Manager, Architect, and Agile teams to transition from feature definition to build.
  • •Lead story mapping sessions and walkthroughs to ensure alignment on feature scope, vision, and problem statements.
  • •Validate feature priority and implementation timelines, manage risks/issues/questions/decisions in delivery tools, and document scope/requirements changes.
  • •Manage team backlogs and define sprint goals; provide context for development teams and align leadership expectations.
  • •Lead validation of user story acceptance criteria, manage user story delivery, and coach/mentor peers and junior product owners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •8+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Product Development, or Product Owner role.
  • •Strong experience working with cross-functional teams using Agile delivery frameworks to lead development and launch of a new product.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, bank policy, and Agile Delivery governance.
  • •Strong experience with retail or business financial services.
