Job Summary

Lead planning and delivery of Visa Netherlands’ Consulting and Analytics market revenue and margin objectives, while owning the sale and execution of consultancy engagements. Proactively manage a pipeline of analytics work, develop solution frameworks, and produce client-ready insights and recommendations. Partner cross-functionally to deliver projects, guide consultative sales processes, and manage consultants to resolve complex strategic problems and drive client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning and delivery of Visa Netherlands’ Consulting and Analytics market revenue and margin objectives.
•Own the sale and delivery of consultancy engagements, including qualifying opportunities and guiding clients to the right engagement type.
•Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations to address high-impact client opportunities and challenges.
•Manage consulting engagements, including leading the consultant team and resolving complex strategic problems while preparing client presentations.
•Develop pitches and draft proposals with account executives to secure new consulting assignments; manage systems of record for approvals and revenue recognition.

Key Requirements

•Consulting experience from a consulting firm or an in-house strategy function within a financial institution.
•Comfort presenting to client senior management and Visa (board level).
•Strong communication skills using PowerPoint, data visualization, and pyramid-principle storytelling to structure compelling arguments.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams.
•English and Dutch preferred.
