Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the internal face of programs and portfolio to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions for material/product delivery to ATLO.
  • •Develop and implement plans to communicate status, performance, issues, and actions across the program.
  • •Drive team execution and upcoming milestones through facilitation across the flow from demand entry through procurement and delivery.
  • •Manage technical project scope, planning, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, cost performance, Estimates at Completion (EAC), and risk assessment.
  • •Maintain schedules, risk lists, procurement plans, subcontract management; track deliverables and prepare/present progress and design reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience (or equivalent combination).
  • •1+ years' experience in a Lead Engineer/Technical role ensuring system and product integration across multiple disciplines.
  • •1+ years' experience in electrical testing or manufacturing of electrical components/units/subsystems.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required); interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance is required post-start.
  • •Experience developing and executing project plans to manage scope, schedules, cost performance, and risk across program lifecycle.
