Claims Executive - Travel Insurance (Mandarin Speaking)

Evaluate and process travel medical claims end-to-end, from notification through closure. Assess claims within policy terms and authority limits while meeting TAT/SLA benchmarks, review medical documentation (including Mandarin reports), calculate benefits, initiate payments, and draft clear decision letters. Maintain accurate reserves, handle finance rebilling, and respond to inquiries/complaints with empathetic communication. Collaborate with healthcare providers and partners using English and Mandarin, working with AI-enabled tools and digital case management systems.
