Lead sourcing development costing across multiple manufacturing countries for TNF apparel, managing a $1B+ FOB portfolio. Drive transformation toward cohesive, data-driven, standardized costing processes by partnering with sourcing development, apparel engineering, Product Supply Enablement, brand planning, PD, and design to optimize margin. Own end-to-end product cost governance, including forward-looking cost projections, seasonal cost negotiations, and milestone-based FOB reporting to surface risks, variances, and corrective actions.
