Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design, materials planning, manufacturing, and quality across the product development lifecycle.
  • •Review design specifications, CAD drawings, and documentation; lead DFM reviews to optimize for efficient, high-quality production.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules and readiness timelines for on-time new product introductions; communicate status and milestones.
  • •Lead NPI cross-functional problem-solving (Design, Manufacturing, Test, Quality) and proactively resolve design/production issues for smooth launch and ramp-up.
  • •Oversee first-article builds and First Article Inspections (FAI), manage ECO change orders, validate assembly instructions, and ensure quality and on-schedule delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience in product development engineering or a related hardware engineering role for complex hardware products (datacenter/servers or similar).
  • •Knowledge of physical design (PD) methodologies for hardware or systems.
  • •Ability to conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews and optimize designs for efficient manufacturing.
  • •Experience managing Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes and implementing design updates in a production environment.
