•Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and collaborate with third-party recovery agencies to meet targets.
•Drive the collections process for your assigned cluster and monitor KPIs such as resolution rates and delinquency buckets.
•Own the portfolio’s delinquency rates and recovery of overdue payments; implement strategies to control roll rates and minimize delinquencies.
•Develop and execute collections strategies tailored to overdue accounts and analyze portfolio health to improve effectiveness.
•Ensure strict adherence to collections processes and SOPs; drive compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
