Key Responsibilities

  • •Own change safety in Operations, improving and streamlining processes and procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in your area of specialty.
  • •Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements focused on change safety.
  • •Improve tools, alerts, documentation, and procedures to support change safety.
  • •Collaborate with global teams to maintain consistent workflows and participate in incident reduction and long-term troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • •Administer, monitor, and resolve issues in a high availability platform environment.
  • •Demonstrate Linux/Unix system experience and understanding of SQL and scripting languages.
  • •Be experienced with network technologies and internet protocols such as TCP/IP, WAN, and DNS.
  • •Be able to undergo or possess and maintain a successfully adjudicated USG Tier 3 background investigation.
