Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve customer requests through the ServiceNow Customer Service Request (CSR) system.
  • •Communicate material status, inventory availability, and request updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Investigate and resolve material-related issues using inventory research, stock checks, material location activities, goods receipt, and expediting.
  • •Execute and monitor inventory transactions within SAP to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • •Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts) while following safety requirements.
