Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sustainment of DoD Emergency Management systems (Mass Warning Notification, E-911, Common Operating Picture, Giant Voice, and audio-visual notification), including management, operation, and maintenance.
  • •Provide incident management services aligned with SLA metrics and KPIs.
  • •Document, coordinate, and troubleshoot technical questions and incidents reported by emergency responders, including system performance, access, and specialized software issues.
  • •Train end-users to perform resolution steps via self-service or other internal teams.
  • •Administer and maintain the ticket management tool and report on service-level performance to drive process improvement.
