Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in production for the Wood Reels division in a quick and safe manner while reporting to the shift supervisor.
  • •Collaborate with other departments, troubleshoot problems, and think on your feet.
  • •Monitor and report quality of manufactured product; make incremental process adjustments as needed.
  • •Learn to set up new jobs and train on other lines and in other departments.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and perform duties in support of Sonoco quality and safety policies, including downtime cleaning and straightening.
