Key Responsibilities

  • •Own content architecture for Developer GTM, defining content types, editorial standards, and quality bar across tutorials, blog posts, sample apps, newsletters, and community/education.
  • •Build and run systems that scale quality, including self-healing pipelines, AI-assisted review/maintenance, CI checks, and guardrails to catch broken examples and wrong APIs.
  • •Write and build flagship developer platform content including deep tutorials, reference architectures, and runnable demos (Workers, Workers AI, R2, Durable Objects, Queues).
  • •Drive developer acquisition and activation by partnering cross-functionally to map content to the developer journey and using analytics and experimentation to improve quality and discoverability.
  • •Build AI-native content tooling and ensure content is consumable by AI agents and LLMs, using emerging developer behavior signals to shape narratives for the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years at the intersection of technical content, developer education, and software engineering, with a portfolio showing you can write and build.
  • •Exceptional technical writing and editing to set and standardize a high quality bar across large volumes of work.
  • •Real engineering depth to design, build, ship, and maintain production tooling using TypeScript/JavaScript, including version control, CI/CD, and testing.
  • •Experience building automated content systems such as pipelines, CI checks, freshness/validation tooling, and AI-assisted review or maintenance.
  • •Experience applying content analytics and experimentation to measure outcomes and drive decisions about what the team should build next.
