Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, GTM, and G&A roles, supporting the Gitar integration and scaling hiring across multiple functions. Partner with engineering and sales leaders to build hiring strategies, lead technical hiring for the newly acquired Gitar team, and help grow an AI-native GTM organization. Act as a hands-on, proactive sourcing “hunter,” maintain high-quality candidate experience, and optimize recruiting workflows as volume scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruitment—from intake to close—for technical and GTM roles supporting the Gitar integration and sales organization.
•Partner with engineering and sales leaders to build hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
•Lead technical hiring for the newly acquired Gitar team, defining role scope, calibrating technical bars, and integrating new hires.
•Build out an AI-native GTM organization with the GTM Recruiting Manager, partnering to identify and close sales, sales engineering, and customer-facing talent.
•Proactively source and build talent pipelines across technical and commercial functions, maintaining high-quality candidate experience and improving/automating recruiting workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Significant experience as a full-cycle recruiter for both technical/engineering roles and GTM/sales roles.
•Deep knowledge of the Bay Area and US talent market to advise stakeholders on compensation benchmarks and competitive positioning.
•Strong recruiting operations instincts, including ATS data integrity, pipeline reporting, and process documentation.
•Proven experience working with global stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
•Exceptional stakeholder management and proactive sourcing skills, including the ability to pitch opportunities and close passive candidates.
