•Own mission-critical product areas end-to-end, shaping how children experience learning.
•Partner with ML engineers to turn frontier AI capabilities into intuitive, magical product experiences.
•Define product hypotheses and user needs, and test with children and families to validate improvements.
•Debate system architecture and make product tradeoffs that translate complex technology into simple interactions.
•Ship weekly and drive momentum by structuring ambiguous, fast-moving projects without unnecessary process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in product management or closely adjacent roles (engineering, design, or UX research).
•Track record of shipping high-quality products from concept to launch, including large or complex efforts through ambiguity.
•Hands-on experience using AI-native prototyping tools (e.g., Claude, Bolt, Replit) to build quick demos and test ideas.
•Strong design sense and ability to collaborate with designers to create simple, delightful UX.
•Technical fluency to navigate system tradeoffs with ML and engineering teams and make sound decisions on complex work.
