Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • •Verify construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • •Review and approve construction materials, equipment, and installation methods prior to implementation.
  • •Maintain comprehensive site documentation (daily reports, inspection records, photographs, and correspondence) and accurate records of changes/approvals.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues; monitor HSE compliance and prepare progress reports to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 15 years post-undergraduate experience plus 5 years in a senior technical position.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field (Civil, Structural, etc.).
  • •PMP preferable, plus membership of a recognized professional institution preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards, including interpreting architectural/engineering drawings and specifications.
  • •Proven expertise in quality control/quality assurance, with solid understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and HSE regulations and reporting.
