Business Partner Operations Analyst

Ensure cities in your assigned region follow procedures that support a safe and clean flying experience. Partner with third-party vendors and suppliers for customer-facing services, support cabin cleaning quality and website compliance, and provide strategic, analytical support for programs and projects. Lead projects tied to airports and airport services vendors, maintain and improve scorecards, and coordinate with stations to drive process and performance improvements, including compliance with applicable regulations.
