Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain one coordinated, all-discipline Revit/BIM model for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, controls, and ICT across MDC and new product lines.
  • •Develop and own BIM/drawing standards from scratch, including drawing libraries, standard details, templates, Revit families, title blocks, and naming/layer conventions.
  • •Own end-to-end modeling and documentation for new containerized and prefab form factors (ISO shipping containers, e-houses, skid-mounted equipment with PEMB buildings).
  • •Run cross-discipline coordination by performing clash detection/coordination and escalating conflicts as the single point of escalation.
  • •Partner with product/engineering leadership to define modular BIM templates and campus-level design patterns for scalable new product development.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on BIM/CAD design and drafting for commercial/industrial/modular or offshore projects, with deep experience in CSA or MEP plus ability to coordinate across both.
  • •Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, including building and managing multi-discipline models and running clash detection/coordination (Navisworks or equivalent).
  • •Ability to create and maintain BIM/drawing standards: libraries, templates, title blocks, and naming/layer conventions.
  • •Comfort operating with high autonomy to define the playbook and standards for the team.
  • •Willingness to travel ~10–20% to project sites, fabrication facilities, and vendor/GC locations worldwide.
