•Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
•Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
•Review and approve construction plans, designs, and documentation, ensuring alignment with statutory and contractual requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Chartered Engineer status preferred.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record in hotel development, commercial real estate, and mixed-use projects.
•Experience in base building and fit-out projects for retail, hospitality, and shopping centers.
•PMI or PMP certification is a strong plus.
•Fluent in English and Spanish.
