Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • •Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for effective execution.
  • •Oversee project budgets and monitor expenses to maintain financial control within budget.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address delays or changes to ensure timely completion.
  • •Ensure quality and compliance with specifications/codes/regulations and enforce safety regulations and HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of computers and leading building management tools, including MS Office/MS Project/Primavera.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, plus contracts administration and financial/job cost accounting knowledge.
