Job Summary

Lead the Forward Deployed Solutions team as a player-coach, transforming reactive technical support into a proactive engineering function. Manage and mentor solutions engineers, design AI deflection workflows and internal tooling, and own partner technical health, SLAs, and revenue performance. In parallel, act as the primary Brazilian market technical lead—driving integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese while building custom solutions with JavaScript, APIs, and ad-tech systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving culture from reactive ticket handling to proactive partner solutions architecture.
•Design, build, and maintain internal AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation.
•Own partner technical health, monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Serve as primary technical partner for high-value Brazilian clients, leading integrations, architectural reviews, and Portuguese-led troubleshooting.
•Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations, and feed partner pain points into product and architecture improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, with 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager who enjoys mentoring.
•Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
•Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English to collaborate with global engineering leadership and teams.
•Front-end web proficiency (JavaScript ES6+, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, HTTP) plus Chrome DevTools debugging.
•Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, header bidding, or SDK integrations (highly preferred).
