Key Responsibilities

•Drive Canva's enterprise communications by building media relationships, running proactive pitch programs, and highlighting AI innovations, security investments, and platform growth to key audiences.
•Identify and amplify customer success stories across media, owned channels, social, and executive touchpoints to demonstrate enterprise momentum.
•Execute communications programs for priority enterprise audiences (IT and Sales leaders) with customer stories, trend narratives, and targeted pitches.
•Develop and implement executive thought leadership content, including bylines, social content, Q&As, and pitches.
•Support enterprise product launches, partnerships, and major announcements with clear communications strategies for visibility across customers, media, and the market.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in B2B or enterprise communications with a track record of elevating brands and securing coverage in top-tier business and technology media.
•Ability to craft narratives that resonate with business decision-makers, industry influencers, and mainstream media.
•Experience building thought leadership platforms and communications programs for specific industries or business audiences.
•Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across formats including media pitches, press releases, spokesperson briefings, and executive communications.
•Experience partnering with senior leaders and spokespeople for media engagements, keynote presentations, customer events, and thought leadership opportunities.
