Job Summary

Lead Integrated Product Team (IPTL) execution for an Advanced Fighter Systems development and production program, driving robust engineering delivery against contractual financial, technical, and schedule commitments. Key Responsibilities

•Meet contractual commitments for assigned program(s) including financial, technical, and schedule performance within boundaries.
•Provide technical execution leadership to design, develop, integrate, test, verify, qualify, and deliver a system meeting performance requirements.
•Report program business metrics to program and functional leadership, including Estimates At Complete (EAC).
•Communicate program status, accomplishments, and issues to Raytheon leadership and the customer community.
•Identify, manage, and mitigate risks or capture opportunities, while contributing to program vision and execution strategies and mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in program management and/or IPT execution within the Defense Industry.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams across two or more disciplines (e.g., engineering, contracts, finance, procurement/supply chain, manufacturing/operations, quality, and/or administrative functions).
•Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), or Risk and Opportunity Management.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance is required prior to start, and U.S. citizenship is required to obtain the clearance.
