Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and support stockroom standards for safe, efficient operations.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; resolve client needs and communicate inventory concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
