Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, plan, milestones, dependencies, budget, quality, risks/issues and benefits tracking.
•Build and manage integrated plans across workstreams (requirements, design, build, testing/UAT, release/cutover, hypercare).
•Establish and run governance (SteerCo/working groups): RAID, actions/decisions, minutes, and escalation management.
•Drive requirements definition and change control; perform impact assessment (time/cost/risk) and secure approvals.
•Partner with Technology and data teams through SDLC; manage delivery across vendors/third parties where applicable.

Key Requirements

•Degree holder (or equivalent experience).
•Proven Project Manager experience delivering complex change in financial services / regulated environments.
•Strong technical background with solid understanding of SDLC and technology delivery (data/system implementation experience preferred).
•Finance and Risk knowledge is required, with experience delivering initiatives in/for Finance and/or Risk functions.
•Strong governance and delivery discipline: integrated planning, RAID, dependency management, and change control.
