Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and resolve field complaints, production issues, and product performance concerns using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Lead sustaining engineering projects including component redesigns, product improvements, supplier changes, validation, engineering changes, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • •Develop and implement design and process improvements to enhance product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and performance.
  • •Plan, conduct, and oversee product testing and validation to verify design and engineering change effectiveness.
  • •Maintain engineering documentation (product structures, drawings, bills of materials, and change records) in PLM and ERP systems and manage part substitutions and deviation requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering degree.
  • •3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • •Experience designing and developing mechanical and/or electromechanical products (co-op/internship may count).
  • •Hands-on, solution-oriented ability to work with mechanical prototypes and test equipment.
  • •Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or similar platforms.
