Building Technology Systems - Assistant Vice President

Lead building technology systems work for healthcare and other high-profile projects across the design-to-close-out lifecycle. Manage large client projects, budgets, schedules, profitability, and contract negotiations, while coordinating multiple service lines. Own a client portfolio, develop business objectives, and pursue work via networking, marketing meetings, and RFP responses. Mentor and coordinate senior and non-senior staff, including future project leaders, while integrating intelligent building systems.
