Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution across shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards for safety and efficiency
  • •Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction
