Key Responsibilities

  • •Compound formulas accurately by weight and ingredients using the best methodology for each product or mix.
  • •Follow manufacturing instructions on batch sheets using proper mixing techniques to maintain product quality.
  • •Use FIFO inventory lot rotation and apply working knowledge of raw materials before use, including mixing/heating as required.
  • •Operate and understand equipment such as pumps, mixers, scales, fork trucks, high density storage units, meters, and computers.
  • •Maintain 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices, handle allergen products per Allergen Control Procedures, label batches for lab evaluation, and support other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • •HS or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience within the Flavor or a closely related industry, with proficiency in compounding techniques and raw materials.
  • •Proficiency using scales and other compounding equipment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 55–80 lbs, stand for prolonged periods, operate forklifts and other equipment, and wear a respirator as required.
