Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all programs at the place of work, and collaborate with other coordinators when needed.
  • •Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of programs supporting professional development and continuous learning for employees.
  • •Direct long-term and short-term strategic planning and budget development to support business goals.
  • •Develop and establish operating policies aligned with company objectives and ensure execution, including compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • •Oversee operations phases: contractor schedules, contract negotiation and preparation, cost estimation, risk management, and legal documentation; lead the operations team and support HSE initiatives including incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience (plus).
  • •Strong planning, scheduling, and construction project oversight to deliver on time and efficiently.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills; plus professional engineering/operations qualification and/or MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
