Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Production Planning team by hiring, mentoring, coaching, and developing Production Planners.
  • •Drive S&OP across functions to ensure production plans support business priorities and customer commitments.
  • •Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) balancing demand, capacity, labor, and material readiness.
  • •Optimize manufacturing operations by monitoring performance, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting schedules to improve throughput and minimize disruptions.
  • •Develop scalable planning processes and KPIs (schedule attainment, on-time delivery, inventory health, throughput, planning accuracy), including support for NPI transitions and ERP/MRP improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain, or operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • •3+ years of direct people management experience leading production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations teams.
  • •Experience managing Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and capacity planning in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar planning platforms.
