Service moderate to highly complex commercial leases and loans for the Equipment Finance line of business, ensuring accurate post-closing support in accordance with credit approval, risk management, and loan documentation. Provide superior client service by proactively resolving inquiries with internal partners and third parties, balancing service and risk. Independently manage assigned work with limited oversight, leveraging systems like Aspire and nCino, maintaining strong data integrity, and supporting process improvements and training.
