Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with strategic customers to understand architecture, workflows, security requirements, and business objectives
  • •Translate complex problems into scalable solution designs, reference architectures, and working prototypes
  • •Investigate and troubleshoot production-level platform issues across data ingestion, identity resolution, journey orchestration, and audience activation
  • •Design and validate end-to-end enterprise solutions spanning AEP, RTCDP, AJO, and adjacent Adobe systems
  • •Own technical account relationships from discovery through go-live and expansion, and feed learnings back to the product roadmap

Key Requirements

  • •8–15+ years across solution architecture, software engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles
  • •Ability to translate customer problems into scalable solution designs, reference architectures, and working prototypes
  • •Strong production awareness for distributed systems at scale (data integrity, observability, graceful degradation)
  • •Experience leading architecture workshops, health checks, and technical deep-dives with enterprise stakeholders
  • •Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to prototype and deliver capabilities
