Key Responsibilities

  • •Support buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence for private equity and infrastructure fund clients, including market sizing, competitive analysis, ESG/sustainability topics, and expert interviews.
  • •Build financial models and data-driven analyses to assess target growth potential, market position, and risk.
  • •Develop client-ready deliverables (presentations, reports, and data visualizations) for deal teams and investment committees.
  • •Partner with technical subject-matter experts to apply a financial and commercial lens to technical due diligence and asset management.
  • •Lead engagements end-to-end (scoping, staffing, workplan management, delivery quality/timeliness) and manage/develop Analysts on the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of management consulting or related experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience demonstrating numerical and quantitative reasoning skills.
  • •Experience with logical reasoning and structured problem-solving for ambiguous client problems.
  • •Experience (or proficiency) building financial models and conducting quantitative analysis.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex information into clear, client-ready deliverables.
